1. What is
it?
L3P is a new Lcn program created
in order to offer to Lcn members
a protection service against
bad payer agents.
2. What does it mean?
For any payment problem caused
by some of our Lcn members, Lcn
itself as an association will
take the responsibility to cover
the amount lost in order to benefit
the partner damaged.
3. Main Goals
- The first one is to construct
and develop among the members
relationships based on confidence
and responsibility;
- As second goal, we intend to
protect Lcn and its partners
from bad payer companies;
- Finally we do expect to reach
companies in countries where
we have not had any member yet.
The L3P will also show them the
good quality of our services.
4. Conditions
The participation in this program
will be obligatory for everyone.
5. Costs
- The total amount to be paid
is USD 200,00. The payment
of it plus the annual membership
fee should be done every
year;
- Lcn will assume the lost
of until USD 3.000,00 per each
case. For that reason, we suggest
that you give to your partner
a credit of until USD 3.000,00,
no more than this. Which means,
when your partner has accumulated
the total amount of USD 3.000,00
due to you, he (her) should
pay you before starting a new
business;
- Lcn will make three payments
per year (three cases), in
the total of until USD 9.000,00.
6. Disputes and Payments
- In case of payment problems
between two companies, both
companies should present their
arguments before Lcn staff
Head Office during the annual
conference. There will be a
private meeting for this purpose;
- The final decision will be
made by Lcn staff, and the
debtor company should pay its
due in 30 days after the conference
in only one payment;
- Both companies should attend
the conference, on the contrary,
neither the debtor or the damaged
company will have the right
to demand the acceptance of
their arguments;
- If the debtor company does
not attend the conference,
he (her) will not have the
right to demand the acceptance
of his (her) arguments and
should pay the due urgently
under the penalty to be excluded
from Lcn.
Observations:
- LCN is ready to help solve all disputes among members based on clear correspondence and data. Based on their experience, our professionals are willing to assist and give the correct opinion regarding to any matters issued.
- A credit term between agents is a specific agreement among them. LCN has nothing to do with these agreements. L3P is a program that helps agents based on a case studied and approved by Lcn Head Office.
- Lcn Payment Protection Program assistance shall be considered / applied / granted to Current members Only.
- L3P assistance shall NOT be granted to Members if Debts are Incurred prior to becoming LCN members.
7. Actions against the bad
payer
- In case of no payment, the
debtor company will be excluded
from the group. Lcn will inform
other associations about it,
its name will be mentioned
on Lcn black list as well as
on the Freight Net Debtors
web site whose agents list
has reached the figure of more
than 26.000 agents. All of
them will be noticed about
it;
- All necessary actions will
be taken in order to protect
other companies about the bad
payer;
- Finally, Lcn will assume
the due (until USD 3.000,00)
in order to protect the damaged
company and will also make
the payment in 30 days after
the conference.
8. Cancellation
If you leave Lcn group, there
will be no reimbursement
of the amount invested in
it.

Lcn has been working in order
to serve its agents each
time better. We do expect
you may join us in this new
challenge which has been
studied and analysed carefully
for your own benefit.
